Having a step by step plan is great, but it can be hard to stick to it when you are a student. Balancing all different aspects of student life can be overwhelming. It can be discouraging if you miss a step or two and in some cases, it could lead you off your journey completely. 

Wellness does not need to be complicated. We keep it simple by suggesting a few small actions a week.
